The Power of Thought

What you think about guides your actions.

Your thoughts are like a compass:They point to what you value most. Those values and thoughts cause you to move towards them. Your actions create your results.

In fact, 100 percent of what you achieve is created by what you do. Thus the seed of a thought that you sow grows into an action and creates the fruit of your results.

If you want to change the results you are achieving, you must change your thoughts.

I truly believe in this, but training your thoughts is a difficult task. I am trying to replace my negative thoughts with positive ones, and I am seeing the difference. I waste less time worrying and that really is a great place to start.
